About Khishigsuren Baasan
Khishig is a mongolian calligrapher and glass artist currently living in germany.
His teacher for mongolian calligrapy and painting is Jalair Dovdon Batbayar. He was working together with mongolian groups like Eschiglen, Burte, Khukh Mongol, Transmongolia, Sedaa and Jangar.
He exhibited in quite a few places over Europe: Weimar, Leipzig, Dresden, Berlin, Bergamo / Italy, and Madrid.
He holds friendhips with internationally renowed calligraphist Marie Emily Bohley and italian photographer Marco Solare
